Offering a 30-minute complimentary Zoom or phone call to discuss your personal situation and to determine if our working together is an option that feels appropriate. We can work together to customize a plan that is best for you or to offer suggestions to find others that might meet your need.

Spritual Mentoring / Guidance

• Offering one hour to two-hour sessions via Zoom, phone or in person. These sessions include mentoring/guidance and hypnotherapy designed to move you forward in your life — moving through mental and emotional patterns that may be inhibiting growth and progress.
• As a Death Doula also offering sessions to assist with end-of-life planning and personal preparation for a spiritually guided transition process.
